The City Council convened in a Special Meeting on July 3, 2000 at 8:30 a.m. in Room 302 of the City/County Government Building for the sole purpose of discussing Ordinance No. 1773 for second reading.

Mr. Stacey moved and Mrs. Polk seconded to approve Ordinance No. 1773, extending the moratorium for group domiciliary care facilities to September 30, 2000, to bring it on the floor for discussion.

Ordinance No. 1773 for second reading passed unanimously.

With no further business, the Special Meeting adjourned at 8:34 a.m.
