The Mayor and City Council convened in a Special Meeting at 6:00 p.m. on December 4, 2002 in Conference Room 305.
RESOLUTION NO. 920 - TRANSFERRING MONEY FROM THE CITY’S CONTINGENCY ACCOUNT TO THE OTHER LEGAL ACCOUNT
Mr. Webster moved and Mr. Scott seconded to approve Resolution No. 920 transferring $43,360 from the City’s Contingency to the Other Legal account to pay for the legal services of Whiteford, Taylor & Preston.
Resolution No. 920 passed unanimously.
With no other business, the Special Meeting adjourned at 6:08 p.m.
