CONVENING

The City Council met in a special meeting at 5:00 p.m. in Conference Room 305 of the City/

County Government Building. Council President Dunn called the meeting to order.

RESOLUTION NO. 1154 (REVOTE) - RESOLUTION OF SUPPORT FOR THE COMMUNITY LEGACY-REDEVELOPMENT READY APPLICATION

Mr. Comegys moved and Ms. Siggers seconded to approve Resolution No. 1154 (for a revote). Mrs. Cheryl Meadows, Executive Director for Salisbury Neighborhood Housing Service, explained that only a local government can be the lead applicant for the Community Legacy-Redevelopment Ready Application. She became aware of this fact after the Council’s meeting on September 27, 2004. There was no change, however, to the Resolution.

Resolution No. 1154 passed unanimously.

With no further business, the special meeting adjourned at 5:04 p.m.
