RESOLUTION NO. 1342
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SALISBURY, MARYLAND ADOPTING THE TEN-YEAR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN FOR WATER AND SEWER FOR THE PERIOD OF FISCAL YEAR 2007 TO FISCAL YEAR 2016
WHEREAS, the City established the Comprehensive Connection
Charges in Chapter 13.02 of the City Code by passage of Ordinance No. 1918 on
December 20, 2004;
WHEREAS, Chapter 13.02.050 requires the Capacity Unit
Fee to be based on the ten-year Water and Sewer Capital Improvement Plan
adopted by the Mayor and City Council; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works staff has
performed the annual update and revision to the ten-year Water and Sewer
Capital Improvement Plan for Fiscal Year 2007 to Fiscal Year 2016;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Salisbury City
Council approves the attached ten-year Water and Sewer Capital Improvement Plan
for Fiscal Year 2007 to Fiscal Year 2016.
THE ABOVE RESOLUTION was introduced and duly passed at a meeting of the Council of the City of Salisbury, Maryland held on ____________, 2006, and is to become effective immediately upon adoption.
