PARKING DISTRICT ADMINISTRATOR
FISCAL YEAR 2004
1. PARKING DISTRICT ADMINISTRATOR
a.a Maintain a compatible working liaison between the Central City District
Commission (C.C.D.C.) and the City of Salisbury.
a.b Maintain a compatible working liaison between the Executive Office and all
departments involved in the operation of the Parking District.
a.c Responsible for actual expenditures from the Parking District Budget.
a.d Supervise and control operations in the Parking Districts.
2. ANNUAL OPERATING PROGRAM
b.a Maintain an inspection program of all parking facilities for efficient operation and
maintenance.
b.b Collate and compile reports covering the operations cost and revenue from the
Parking Districts.
3. ANALYSIS OF ACTIVITIES AND ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Parking Authority October 2003 through December 2003.
A. Maintained parking equipment in good working order.
B. Called B&H Coatings to finish spandrels.
C. Weeded flower beds at garage with Debbie French.
D. Removed meters in Lot #4 to expand permit area.
E. Repaired several light fixtures in Garage - bad igniters, replaced several bulbs in stairwells with Debbie French.
F. Salisbury Go-Glass replaced broken glass in alley stairwell, broken by mower debris.
G. Worked with employee, Debbie French, on installing new electronic meters in Lot 4 and Lot 15.
Half of Lot 4 completed because of meter malfunctions.
H. Out of 102 new meters, 54 were defective and were returned to P.O.M.
I. Continued training of Debbie on permit computer updating.
J. Contacted Woodland Nursery on tree due for garage.
K. Attended CCDC meeting for parking with Carol.
