The Parking & Procurement Department is located in Room 104 of the City/County Office Building . The Parking & Procurement Department is responsible for the acquisition of goods and services for all city departments. The Parking & Procurement Department handles formal bidding procedures and issues contracts and purchase orders.

The Parking & Procurement Director also serves as the Parking Administrator. Parking permits for all city parking lots may be obtained in the Parking & Procurement Department, parking garage permits may be obtained at the parking garage.
