mission of the Department of Building, Housing, and Zoning is the enforcement
of the Building, Housing, Zoning, and Plumbing Codes for the safety, health,
and welfare of the people of
A principal function of the Department
is the administration and enforcement of the following codes and ordinances:
International Residential Code 2000: Governs the
construction and alterations of single family dwellings.

repairs, replacement, equipment, appliances, fixtures, fittings, and/or
