The City of Salisbury is in the process of updating their Comprehensive Plan.  The purpose of the Comprehensive Plan is to provide an all-inclusive, long-range plan (typically 15 to 30 years) for the future growth of the City.  The plan is designed to reflect community values and goals.  Comprehensive Plans typically contain elements/chapters addressing transportation, land use, community facilities, natural resources, sensitive areas, housing and community development, economic development, water resources, etc.
